Do you charge for estimates?
No. Quotes on new systems are free. Diagnostic visits for repairs have a flat trip fee that goes toward the repair if you go ahead.
Do you really answer at night?
Yes. The phone rings to Erik, nights, weekends and holidays included.
What brands do you install?
We install several major brands and service all of them. We recommend based on your house and budget, not a dealer quota.
Should I repair or replace?
If the unit is under 12 years old and the fix is reasonable, repair. If it is older and the repair is major, we will show you both numbers and let you decide.
